Meteoromancy Me`te*or"o*man`cy, n. [Meteor + -mancy : cf. F. m['e]t['e]oromancie.] A species of divination by atmospheric phenomena, chiefly by thunder and lightning, which was held in high estimation by the Romans. [1913 Webster]
