Jew's-ear Jew's"-ear`, Jew's-ears Jew's"-ears`, n. (Bot.) A widely distributed species of edible fungus ({Auricularia auricula-judae}, formerly {Hirneola Auricula-Jud[ae]}, or {Hirneola Auricula}), bearing some resemblance to the human ear and growing on decaying wood.
