Bladderwort Blad"der*wort`, n. (Bot.) A genus ({Utricularia}) of aquatic or marshy plants, which usually bear numerous vesicles in the divisions of the leaves. These serve as traps for minute animals. See {Ascidium}. [1913 Webster]
