Disapprobation Dis*ap`pro*ba"tion, n. [Pref. dis- + approbation: cf. F. d['e]sapprobation. Cf. {Disapprove}.] The act of disapproving; mental condemnation of what is judged wrong, unsuitable, or inexpedient; feeling of censure.
